I've ordered many items from JClub and have NEVER been disappointed! The selections are so many & top of the line merchandise. Some of the products I've seen on QVC and are so much costlier than JCLub. I look forward to my purchases because I know from past experiences that I'll not have to send it back. Good site & thank you JClub for having such a place where shopping is fun and affordable.

They give me very good quality products. Their service is Very good and reliable. They are honest on their service.

Many months of brush off and run around... only to find the website doesn't work and their email no longer works and they stole my money from me. So much for trying to be nice a patient with them. Thieves and liars.
After 3 months I am still trying to get my orders from them. I get excuse after excuse, am told different dates the items will ship, and nothing is sent out. From other reviews I see I'm not the only one. This company should not be in business, they just take customers' money and pretend they'll send out items. With the current world situation, I would understand a few weeks delay, but not several months. Other companies are able to send out items. Why not this one?
I recently contacted the customer service department and had the pleasure of speaking to a representative by the name of Samantha. Samantha went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I recently turned 80 and I now have trouble hearing at times. Samantha was kind and patient with me, she truly reminded me that there are still great people in this world. Jclub not only has a great selection of products to choose from, but more importantly have people working for them that truly care about customers. When I thanked Samantha for her outstanding service at the end of my call, she replied back telling me that her Manager trains everyone to treat the customers with care and kindness, that at the end of the day, the most important thing is the customers happiness. What an amazing experience and what a great company.

I recently purchased a garment for a great sale price, but when I discovered that it had been delivered ( but quickly), to another state, I contacted customer service and Evita could not have taken care of it more quickly or been nicer, she stayed in contact until it was completely resolved. There is no better sign of a company you can trust IMHO, than the smiling, efficient, and personal customer service. JClub has my business.

I purchased a top that was too small. I contacted jClub and they immediately refunded the money into my account (so I could purchase a larger size). I was intending to return the top but they told me to it because the return would cause more of a carbon footprint. I will donate the small top to charity. I like their thinking!
Everything else I ordered from them has been perfect and of good quality.

Prior to name change from NOMORERACK to Choxi shipments were very timely. My latest order from Choxi on 02/21/2016 is still not complete as of today 03/16/2016.
More than likely I will not be ordering from Choxi in the future... Sorry

They charged my card - but I don't have my order.
When I text them I keep getting a standard reply that is just basically blowing me off!
I gave one star review only because it wouldn't let me leave any LOWER! Terrible customer service and NO reliability!
This was my first purchase here. Item was regular 39.99 on sale for 14.99 with additional 18% off! I filled out the whole order but when I tried to click on the "complete my order" box, nothing happened. Bottom of screen had box for contacting customer service which I did. I was not expecting such an immediate reply! My problem was solved and I am awaiting my merchandise. There is free delivery and it all seems too good to be true but I will definitely be back here often.
Just awful! They take your money and string you along for months that they will someday ship your items. Big waste of time. They are blaming covid however they are clearing not shipping anything! Out of 10 items I've ordered nothing shipped. Ultimately I had to contact my bank. Stay away! Don't be fooled by their sales!

More importantly they have a great customer service team, that will even help you find gifts for your loved ones. I had the pleasure of speaking to a customer service representative by the name of Stephanie who was so polite and helpful, I just wished every company I dealt with had someone like her to help customers.
I have bought several things from JClub and I always receive the items in good condition and I am satisfied with my purchase, one time I ordered 2 of something and ended up only getting one of the items and they gave me a refund with no hassle. Thanks JClub

Received one item of an order. Item was priced at $16.99 and could not have been worth $4. Two months after placing the order, another item still had not been delivered. I inquired, and a customer rep said it was to ship the coming weekend. I sent another email a few weeks ago. They did not respond but did delete me from their marketing emails. It has now been more than three months since the order was placed. I also called, and no one picked up the line after more than 15 minutes. I disconnected, which is likely what they wanted.
I placed an order on 3/29/2020. Although they immediately charged me, and failed to give my 20% off, they did not "process" my order for 18 days. Now 3 months after processing the order it has still not shipped. In the time in between they have given me 3 separate ship dates. Each passed without the merchandise being shipped. When I called and spoke with them again today they said it would be the first 2 weeks of next month, just as they have said before. Seems to be the standard lie. The customer service person said it was due to COVID. The item supposedly ships from the United States. I requested a refund this time. They sent me an email acknowledging that I requested a refund. In the email they said that the reason it had not shipped was due to unexpectedly heavy sales volume. Yet another lie. All of this time JClub continues to sell the item on their site. That means that they are taking customer's money with absolutely no intention of shipping the item any time soon IF at all! I will NEVER use this company again. Do not waste your time because NOTHING that they tell you will be the truth.
I used company under previous two names, and I was a bit reticent to try JClub after not getting merchandise from last order with Choxi. But, my curiosity got the best of me, and I did it. Love the free shipping, first of all. Items shipped separately and with different speeds, but I did get everything. Quality is what is expected and varies, dependent upon item/company. I love that they sell refurbished items at significantly discounted prices. So, so far, so good! I'm excited to continue the relationship.
Six months and I still have not received my order, they don't respond to emails, and make excuses over the phone.
Everything was as it should have been, and nothing is missing. The label was a regular king label that had a sticker placed over it specifying split king. The label indicated 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, and 2 pillowcases. In fact, the package contained one (large) flat sheetwhich is just what I wanted, 2 fitted sheets, and 2 pillowcases. It was the label that misled me into thinking the package did not contain what had been advertised for a split king set. Thank you for your active concern in resolving what I thought was a problem.The sheets are so soft and are very much what I like in bamboo sheetseven though the actual content is more microfiber than bamboo. I liked them so well that I ordered another set in navy because the eggplant color is delightfully vivid. Your responsiveness and quick resolution have ensured that I will continue to shop with you.
